MikogoPortable.exe, when executed, will in turn execute Mikogo.exe in \MikogoPortable\App\Mikogo\. The menu will detect this executble and display it. In that directory, there is an NSIS launcher that would be called MikogoPortable.exe. Say Mikogo is installed in :\PortableApps\MikogoPortable\.
